Identity discs : Commander I S Wheeler RAN, HMAS Anzac
Description
Pair of brass identity discs, one circular, the other octagonal, impressed with the user's details. The circular disc has a single suspension hole at the top, while the octagonal one has holes at top and bottom. The top hole on this disc has been torn through. The two discs are attached to a short loop of metal chain, which has been knotted onto a longer loop of the same material.
