NBC protective gloves : Commander I S Wheeler, HMAS Anzac
Description
Pair of Australian military issue NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) protective outer rubber gloves. The black rubber gloves are moulded in one piece without seams, and have no linings. On the inside of each wrist are the following markings, printed in white 'COMASEC BUTYL PLUS MADE IN ENGLAND 11 CE0086'. The numbers '01017' and '53' are stamped in white inside the cuff of each glove.
