Timber and bristle Royal Australian Air Force issue clothes brush. The brush has impressed markings 'D [broad arrow symbol] DZEV', and has the owner's details '118519 A PETER' scratched into its top surface. The service number '118519' is also scratched on the side. An impressed marking reading 'S [broad arrow symbol] F' is also present.
History / Summary
Associated with the service of 118519 Leading Aircraftman Angus Alexander Peter, RAAF. Peter, who was born at Cobden, Victoria, in October 1900, joined the RAAF in September 1942, and was discharged at Laverton in December 1944.
