Description

Pair of unused Gore-tex ankle boots with black rubber toe caps. Each boot has four pairs of riveted steel eyelets and three pairs of steel hooks to retain the black nylon laces. The ankle support section is made of medium brown leather. A small brass plate impressed with the word 'GORE-TEX' is attached to each boot at the outer ankle. The maker's name 'zamberlan' is impressed into the suede of each outer heel, and also appears as a raised rubber image in black, white and red on the tongue. The soles are of black rubber, over an inner layer of brown rubber; both of which are marked with the trade name 'vibram'. Each boot has a removable insole and is lined with Gore-tex fabric. Two maker's labels are attached to the top eyelet of the right boot.
