Description
Embroidered silk postcard made in France during the First World War. This postcard features an envelope design with a central wreath surrounding the year 1918. Two flagpoles, flying the Red Ensign and the French flag, extend from the centre of the wreath. Pink banners in each corner of the top half of the design feature each year of the war.
