Description
Embroidered silk postcard made in France during the First World War. Of envelope design, this postcard features red, white and blue flowers with the Union Jack, Portuguese, American, Italian, Belgian and French flags. Blue forget-me-nots also appear in the design. A small card insert features the message "To my dear Father", illustrated with a red rose.
