Remembrance from a soldier
Description
Embroidered silk postcard made in France during the First World War. Of envelope design, this postcard features bunting made from the Red Ensign, Italian, French, American and Russian flags. It also features shields made from the Belgian and Portuguese flags with strings of red and purple flowers stretching across the top and bottom of the design.
