Description
One reel of 8mm film containing footage of Rabaul in 1941, filmed by William Allen Geoffrey Smith of 2/22nd Battallion.
Scenes include local children and adults, flowers (bougainvillea and hibiscus), palm trees, a local market and feature some un-named servicemen, although an unknown cameraman did film VX37739 William Allen Geoffrey Smith at 11:53-11:58,12:19-12.32, 13.17-13.44.
