Description
Embroidered silk postcard made in France during the First World War. Of envelope design, this postcard features sprigs of holly and mistletoe with baubles containing the Union Jack, French, Russian, Belgian, Serbian and Italian flags. A small card insert features the message "Greetings from France", illustrated with images of a mountain scene and flowers.
