Embroidered silk postcard made in France during the First World War. Of envelope design, this postcard features a church surrounded by red, white and blue flowers. The Union Jack appears in the bottom corners of the design. A small card insert features the message "Fondest Love [From Claver]", illustrated with a picture of a boat on a river.
