Informal portrait taken by a street photographer of 50651 Leading Aircraftman (LAC) Roy Gordon Bradley, 13 Squadron, RAAF, of Maidstone Vic. LAC Bradley, aged 19, was one of six crew members of Hudson aircraft A16-212 which crashed during approach to Hughes Airfield, NT, on 27 February 1943. LAC Bradley and three other crew members were killed in the accident.
