Description
Souvenir program for a theatrical performance during the First World War. This program is for performances of a variety show at the Nouveau Theatre Lille, France commencing Sunday 3 November 1918. The performances were given by the Gaities, an Australian troupe under the direction of Leslie Henson. The audience were the citizens of Lille with General Birdwood also attending. Proceeds were to be given to charities nominated by the Mayor of Lille.
