Studio portrait of 5467 Private (Pte) William Williams, 7th Battalion, of Kangaroo Flat, Vic. Pte Williams embarked from Melbourne on HMAT Euripides with the 17th Reinforcements on 4 April 1916. On 10 December 1916 he was taken on strength of the 57th Battalion. On 26 September 1917 he was killed in action in Belgium.
