Description
Souvenir playbill produced during the First World War. This photographic copy of a playbill, written in German, is for a 'Bunter Abend [Mulitcoloured evening]' at the Deutsches Theatre at the Trial Bay internment camp between 26 and 28 August 1916 . The playbill is illustrated with a girl standing between two prison blocks with men looking out at her through the bars on the windows.
