Collection relating to Hedley Spencer Crapp
Description
Brown 'Souvenir' album compiled by NX40492 Lance Corporal (L Cpl) Hedley Spencer Crapp, 2/18th Battalion. Most of the images relate to his service and leave in Singapore during 1941. The photograph album and Box Brownie camera were the last items L Cpl Crapp sent home to Australia before his capture as a Prisoner of War of the Japanese. He later died at Sandakan on 23 April 1945.
