The grave in Adelaide Cemetery Villers-Bretonneux, France of 4443A Private (Pte) Jack O'Brien, 48th Battalion, of Fremantle, WA, who died on 9 August 1918 of wounds received in France. A glass dome covers silk flowers and a dedication which reads: "In affectionate memory of my dear son. From Mother".
