Dear Mother
Well I have been classed as temporally [sic] unfit and have to do light duties for a week but I am volunteering for the next draught [sic] if there is any vacancies can't stick this place after being on leave for a month. I got this view off a chap at 40 Weymouth St it was taken on the peninsula. I can't say that I recognise the spot although I must have seen it as I was all over our position it will give you a slight idea of the country low scrub and very hilly.
