Description
Collection relating to the Second World War service of 413054 Flight Sergeant Jeffry Weeden, Royal Australian Air Force. Collection includes:
1. 45 items of correspondence consisting of letters, telegrams, photographs and envelopes, from Weeden to his parents, dated between 5 September 1942 and 16 June 1943 from Sydney, Perth, Durban, Capetown, London and Grangemouth.
2. 3 letters and 1 air letter, from Weeden to his brother NX381351 Sergeant Clifford Weeden, dated between 12 January 1943 and 7 June 1943, from London and Grangemouth.
4. 1 letter and 1 telegram from Weeden to his brother Ross Weeden, of Tumut NSW, dated between 5 January 1943 and 13 May 1943.
