To my dear mother
Description
Embroidered silk postcard with a greeting card design. Features three butterflies and light blue flowers above the message 'To my dear mother.' The message 'Remembrance' is printed underneath. Small red bow on left edge. Envelope design, with small card with message 'To my dear Mother.' From 4564 William Mackie, 4th Battalion, AIF to his Mother. Inside is a printed message bordered by flowers, 'My heart is with you And my thoughts every day.' Below it is the message 'From your loving son Will, To Mother wish you many happy returns on your Birthday xxxxxx.' Printed on the opposite page is the verse, 'For the Past, Remembrance; For the Present, Good Wishes; For the Future, Bright Hopes.'
