72 page manuscript entitled "In Memory of R W Fuhrstrom: Private 1701, 57/58th Bn, Australian Infantry, AIF". The manuscript contains letters and postcard from both Private Fuhrstrom and his mother. A brief summary of the life of Private Fuhrstrom is provided, as well as a summary of the nature of his service. Photographs and supporting documents are included throughout as are details of some sympathy cards and letters relating to Private Fuhrstrom's death on 29 May 1918.
