Description

Group portrait of Captain Eric Mulvhill Johnson, 1 Anzac Corps Headquarters (third from left), Private Andrew Inglis Clark, 1 Anzac Corps Headquarters (fourth from left) and three unidentified Australian soldiers. Captain Johnson, a solicitor from Hobart before the war, was Corps Courts Martial Officer. Private Clark, a barrister before the war, was his assistant. It is possible that the other soldiers in this photograph are also members of his team. The soldier standing on the far left is from the 1st Division, and his colour patch bears a brass letter 'A', indicating service at Gallipoli.
