Letters from John Collingwood Angus to his Sister, 1915-1916
Description
Photostat copies of letters relating to the First World War service of 591 Private John Collingwood Angus, 28th Battalion. The original letters were written by John Angus to his sister, Nance, between 19 October 1915 and 5 May 1916. In the letters, Angus describes life in the trenches in both Gallipoli and France, and comments on the Irish rebellion.
