Description
Headquarter units are the command element of the whole of the Army. It is the highest level of the Army's formation or structure and it commands the operation of all other, subsidiary, units, and formation. Its role includes high level command and decision making, as well as developing and undertaking strategic and tactical planning and large scale military operations. The General Staff are found at this level.
