Description
Bar of washing soap made at the Changi Soap Factory. Originally brown, but now with a grey external film. The original hand written label has stuck to the bar and is no longer legible.
History / Summary
The Changi Soap Factory produced washing, carbolic and toilet soap using palm or coconut oil and potash extracted from wood ash.
