File of papers relating to the First World War service of Brigadier General John Monash, 4th Infantry Brigade. This file, originally part of Book 9, covers 10 September 1915 to 30 October 1915 and includes divisional orders on the movement of troops through Lemnos harbour, papers relating to Monash's preparations for leave in Egypt, and several newspapers clippings on events at Gallipoli from newspapers in Australia.
