File of papers relating to the First World War service of Lieutenant General Sir John Monash, Repatriation and Demobilisation, AIF. This file, originally part of Book 23, covers 1 June 1919 to 23 September 1919 and includes documents on the arrangement of the demobilisation from England and Egypt, the final demobilisation of the AIF in Europe, a captured enemy gun, Monash's attendance to the Ascot horse race meeting in 1919 and the publishing the 'History of the Repatriation and Demobilisation department'.
