Australians and Turks advancing during an attack at Gallipoli
Description
Depicts a sketch, showing the topograhy of the battlefield at Gallipoli, with the Turkish trenches and figures in the foreground of Australian soldiers and the Lighthorse advancing. The sketch is by Lt. Dudley Marwood Elliott, 11th Battalion, who enlisted in Melbourne in September 1914 and died of wounds on 18 September 1918 near Roisel, France.
