Workshops at Cairo
Description
In November and December, 1940 the Australian Photographic Unit photographed the AEME Field Workshop. This workshop was the biggest in the Middle East. Ron Williams of the Photographic Unit interviews AEME officers and has a running commentary on different jobs performed in the field workshops. Williams is taken on a tour of the workshops area by Major E W Bryceson, AEME. Identified personnel are: Captain J W Redpath first shown facing right lighting pipe. Captain J A Naismith shaking hands with Ron Williams.
