American's bush chapel
Description
The Americans have built themselves a chapel in the woods. They call it the Jungle Chapel, but Father Anthony Carrol calls it the Cathedral In The Palms. The men built it in one week but found that it was too small so they took another week and enlarged it. The Australians also attend mass here. Every Sunday at 8.45 the men roll up from other camps as well as the camp the chapel is built in. Men have their breakfast first then attend mass and communion and confessions after mass.
