Dutch [No 18] squadron [RAAF] Northern Territory
Description
This is more or less a factual account of a flight of B25 Mitchells bombing up and preparing for a strike. The squadron is No 18 Squadron RAAF, the Dutch squadron, all of its pilots being Dutch, as well as a large portion of the air crews and a portion of the ground staff. Not many close ups are given, as quite a number of the Dutchmen have their families still in Java, and if individuals are recognised as continuing the struggle against the Japanese, their families might suffer in consequence.
