1. WAAAF's Xmas treat 2. WAAAF's birthday parade
Description
1. A short newsreel type item showing women of the Women's Auxiliary Australian Air Force (WAAAF) with an unidentified group of children in a large garden at a Christmas Party. A WAAAF Flight Officer dressed up as "Santa Claus" arrives at the childrens' party in a RAAF van and distributes toys from a large Christmas Tree. The WAAAF hand out sweets and drinks, play games and give children pony rides. 2. WAAAF paraded and marched around Albert Park, Melbourne, on 15 March 1945, to celebrate the fourth anniversary of the WAAAF.
