Description
Noemfoor Island, circa 1944 -1945. RAAF ground crew servicing Beaufighter aircraft equipped with rocket racks. Beaufighters attacking a barge on the beach. Aircraft releasing rockets. Catalina flying boat that rescued Kittyhawk pilot of No. 76 Sqn RAAF, strikes trouble and is holed. Aerial shots of Crash Boat towing Catalina which is taking in water, in enemy waters. Shots of supply ship. Sign for RAAF T.M.O. Freight Dump. Signs with times of Church services. A Lockheed Hudson Air Ambulance comes in to land. Sign for "Ack Ack" theatre. "No Road" sign.
