Navy, Army and RAAF assist Civil Defence in 1955 Hunter Valley floods DPR/S/20
Description
The RAN (helicopter pilots), Army and RAAF combined to assist the Civil authorites in flooded area of the Hunter River Valley, NSW. This film shows Army amphibious DUKWs operating in the Maitland area; a RAAF Dakota dropping storpedoe and RAAF operations room and stores at Williamtown RAAF base.
