Description
On the slope of a hill newly cleared of jungle, troops of the Australian Task Force showed their appreciation to visiting entertainers of the ninth concert party in the past 18 months to perform inSouth East Asia. The party was sent to Vietnam by the Australian Forces overseas entertainment fund. Scenes 1 to 10 refer to above. Scenes 11 to 22 appear to be in a different location and the troops are being entertained by other Australian troops. Identified personnel: Brenda Bell (Dancer), Cardell (Clarinettist), Noelene Batley (Singer), Bev Fitzgibbon (Singer), Private (Pte) Kerry Ryan of Quirindi, QLD, Pte Doug Graham of Grovelly, Brisbane, Reg Tye of Wagga Wagga, NSW. Location Nui Dat, Phouc Tuy Province.
