[Award of the Bronze Star to Private John Cousins 3/400022]
Description
Shows the United States award the Bronze Star being presented to Private John Richard Cousins by Colonel Rufus S. Ramey, Senior Army Attache, United States Embassy Melbourne, at Puckapunyal on 15 May 1952. Private Cousins a Bren gunner 9th Platoon C Company 3 RAR distinguished himself by heroic action north of Yongyu, Korea on 22 October 1950.
