How the Egyptians crossed the [Suez] Canal ATF 1607
Description
Mute extracts from Australian Army training film ATF1607. Shows various types of Soviet equipment used by the Egyptian Army around the time of the Yom Kippur War with Israel 1973. Includes: AK-47 assault rifles, RPG-7 rocket propelled grenade, Sagger wire guided anti-tank missile, 170mm Recoiless rifle, 220mm Mortar, 122MM BM-21 multi rocket system, BTR-50PK APC, various specialised bridging vehicles and equipment used in crossing the Suez Canal, T-54/55 main battle tanks and tank transporter.
