Niemcy nie skapituluje nigdy [Germany will never surrender]
Description
Caricature of Josef Goebbles (1897-1945) Reich Minister of Propaganda in Nazi Germany giving a rousing speech into a radio microphone declaring that Germany will never surrender. A poster on the wall to his left is inscribed in black ' V Germany wins on all fronts'. The print has been mounted on dark grey card. A title in German is printed bottom centre, beneath the image, in gold ink. There are no Polish, English or French titles for this image.
The original drawing reproduced in this offset lithograph was created by Polish artist Stanislaw Toegel (1905-1953) while held in a German labour camp at Gotteningen.
