Description

Folder of six letters written by Arthur William de Brito Savile Foljambe (Lord Liverpool) to Field Marshal Lord William Birdwood between 22 December 1915 and 7 June 1917. These letters discuss the SS Maheno, the standard of New Zealand troops, the problems of censorship in regards to telegrams, recruiting, departure of the 3rd and 4th Infantry Battalions, and New Zealand Army officers.
