Description
This cover was originally used by Thomas James Richards to bind the tenth through sixteenth of his First World War diaries into a single volume. The diaries contained within cover the period 26 January to 8 November 1916. Richards bound the volume sometime after returning home from the First World War. The binding was removed so that preservation scanning of the original diaries contained within could take place.
