Embroidered silk postcard featuring yellow horseshoe with text inside in blue, pink rose with buds and a yellow and brown butterfly hovering above.
This postcard was sent to Ice Cohlert nee Johnston from Patrick Joseph Ormonde during the First World War. Inside is inscribed "To Ice with best love from your as ever P J Ormonde", Undated. It is believed they were engaged.
