Description
Embroidered silk postcard with the phrase "1914 1915 1916 1917 Souvenir from France Remembrance". Numerals embroidered with colours of allied flags. Sent to Ice Cohlert nee Johnston during the First World War. Inside printed "With hearly Birthday Greetings" and inscribed from 6288 Patrick Joseph Ormonde To Ice. It is believed they were engaged.
