Griffiths-Marsh, Roland
Description
Excerpts from "At the edge of the sword" Marsh's autobiography. One section deals with his boyhood, the other his war time experiences following 1944 transfer from the 2/8 Infantry Battalion to "Z" Special Unit and subsequent involvement in Borneo in the Semut operations. A more up to date version can be found in "The Sixpenny Soldier " (Sydney, Angus & Robertson, 1990).
