Collection relating to the Second World War service of A4426 Warrant Officer Geoffrey Trevor Alcock, Royal Australian Air Force, Australia, United Kingdom and Malaya, 1943-1952.

Wallet 1 of 1 – Consists of one log book of Warrant Officer Geoffrey Trevor Alcock, with entries dated between August 1943 and June 1952. The entries record details such as dates and times of flights, types of aircraft, pilots, and purposes of flights. Some of these purposes include general flight training, bombing and gunnery training, cross country flights, and bombing operations targeting enemy-occupied Europe. After the cessation of the Second World War, Warrant Officer Alcock’s log book records that he took part in flights for the purposes of training, transport, and ceremony until he transferred to 1 Bomber Squadron and served in the Malayan Emergency in 1950. This log book also includes certificates for courses completed.
