Letter from [Unknown] to the editor of the Sydney Morning Herald, Blackheath, 24 August 1916. The letter mentions the two enclosed notices taken from the notice board the night of evacuation of Gallipoli. The notices were copied and sent to the father of 1338 Leslie Walter Evans, 13th Battalion and had recently been given to the writer. The notices give directions in case of an attack and the plan of action for A and B platoon.
