Description
Letter from John Oswald Forsyth to Dad, Vladivostock [sic], 9 October 1916. In his letter Forsyth, as a civilian living in Russisa, reports on the state and workings of the chemical industry in Russia and Germany and compares it with the industry in Britain. Attached to the letter is a note which states where it came from and whom to return to the letter to.
