Letter from Francis Frizell to the Sydney Morning Herald, Baulkham Hills, 12 April 1918. In the letter Frizell asking to published the enclosed photo of their son, Raymond Frizell who had received his diploma at 17 years of age and tried to enlist but was too young. Attached to the letter is a photograph of Raymond Frizell.
