Wallet 1 of 1 - Collection consists of one Flying Log Book of Pilot Officer Felstead, with entries dated between 28 May 1942 and 10 May 1944. The entries record dates and times of flights, aircraft types and numbers, crew members, and purposes of flights. Some of these purposes include general training, cross country flying, formation flying practice, night flying practice, navigation practice, circuits and landings, bombing practice, aircraft conversion, and bombing operations over Germany and Axis-occupied Europe. This log book also includes newspaper cuttings, course notes, certificates for training courses completed, and two pressed flowers.
