AJRP Sub-Series name: Post-surrender Rabaul material received from HQ 8 Military District. This item is a summary of replies from the Commander of the 11th Division of the Australian Army to the requests and questions from the South East Area Army. Matters addressed include an incident of ill discipline involving a navy officer, arrangement of personnel for food production at camps, water supply, prevention of a possible outbreak of malaria at camps in the Gazelle Peninsular, provision of vehicles, salt production, working hours, lodgings for high-ranking officers, possibilty of increasing medical staff, etc.
