Description

Greeting cards relating to the Second World War service of VX39159 Lieutenant Jack Lusby Burns, 1st Independent Company. This collection contains one birthday card and three Christmas cards received by Jack Lusby Burns while he was a prisoner of war in Japan. Each card is illustrated by hand in pencil and ink, and appear to have been made in the camp by fellow prisoners.
