To my dear sweetheart
Description
Embroidered silk card, decorated with a swallow carrying a sprig of forget-me-nots, and the words "To my dear sweetheart", with the word "Remembrance" printed below. The inside pages are printed with "My hears is with you / And my thoughts every day. / For the Past, Remembrance / For the Present, Good Wishes / For the Future, Bright Hopes". It is inscribed by 1184 Driver Phillip Patrick Ryan, 5th Australian Field Artillery Brigade to his future wife Ebba.
